The Annapolis Basin Conference Centre in Cornwallis Park provides meeting spaces, accommodations and food services for organizations requiring a conference, program or convention venue and services. The Centre can host up to 750 guests.

International Health Office, Dalhousie University Faculty of Medicine
The International Health Office (IHO) is responsible for directing, managing and promoting international activities of the Dalhousie University Faculty of Medicine.  Dalhousie is a leader in international medical education, faculty development, medical skills training and capacity building, and new medical school development.  The Dalhousie IHO has completed and/or ongoing capacity building projects with partners in over 20 countries in the Caribbean and Latin America, eastern Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa.   In addition Dalhousie has active global health research projects focused on infectious diseases like HIV and SARS with partners in Thailand andUganda.  Finally, the IHO also directs education and exchange programs for Dalhousie medical students and their counterparts from around the world.  For more information please consult our website.
